The Monteverde Institute is seeking an Executive Director to provide leadership and strategic direction to the organization in Monteverde, Costa Rica.
The position is aimed at an experienced professional with a strong background in NGO leadership, bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English, and a commitment to living and working in Monteverde.
The position
The Executive Director will provide strategic and organizational leadership, working with staff, partners and other stakeholders to strengthen the Institute’s programs and long-term development.
The role requires experience in:
- Nonprofit and NGO leadership.
