The Nature Conservancy (TNC) is seeking an organization or consulting team to develop a practical and operational framework for defining what it means to finance and invest in transitions toward regenerative agriculture and livestock (R2A).
The consultancy will focus on translating regenerative transition principles into a framework that can be applied by investors and financial institutions across different financial instruments.

The work will include the development of:
- Principles for financing regenerative agriculture and livestock transitions.
- Eligibility criteria for investments.
- Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) tools.
- Guidelines applicable to different financial instruments.
- Practical approaches based on proportionality and feasibility for investors and financial institutions.
The objective is to develop a framework that helps financial actors identify, evaluate and support investments in regenerative agriculture and livestock transitions.
